would recommend for a momentary visit
Stylish hotel, comfortable room, we enjoyed the complimentary coffee from the Nespresso and the really good in-room dining experience late at night. Location-wise, it's conveniently nestled just 1 km from nearby amenities.

The twin/double room was equipped with basic facilities, including a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. Every staff member was AMAZING and fantastic.

There were soft beds and a private safe, a minibar, and central heating in the twin/double room. Provided breakfast was fresh with lovely view and assorted jam, for instance, exceeded our expectations. The location was cosy for us - really close to cafes and bars. The staff were amazing and fantastic in case of questions.

A fair review, pros and cons
The hotel features a fantastic location near shopping areas and good staff who made us feel welcome .
Intrusive noise from nearby restaurants disrupted our sleep, which diminished the overall experience.

Modern room, kind staff
1.dayPayment could not be found in the system, TV and big shower were not working, as refund free dinner in the hotel restaurant. 2. no hot water! In the Restaurant was a birthday party until 1am without primer notice and noone was there to complain!

The location was magnificent next to Kefallari square. Moreover, it's not far from an upmarket, leafy suburb and many cafes and Athens.

The layout and design of the rooms add a stylish touch. The bathroom features beautiful details that elevate the overall experience.
The allocated room size was less than expected, with 23 Sq.m. Intended but only 18 Sq.m. Received, yet it still felt nice. The breakfast on the second day took a downturn with watered-down juice, a stark contrast to the freshness of the first. There's a distinct lack of designated non-smoking areas, as even outdoor dining areas suffered from heavy smoke, ruining the ambiance. Tiny balconies offer barely enough space for one chair. Checking out turned into a hassle, with unclarified billing processes leading to potential overcharges, requiring persistence to sort out the bill properly.

Nice location. Comfortable bed, nice room but a little small. Not much space for luggage or sitting area. Nice bathroom too. Breakfast was adequate (room service) although it would be nice if it could be served on a trolley and not just on a tray.

Nice design, quiet and small. Although there is no swimming pool, one can go swim at a sister hotel (Semiramis) which is a 5 minute walk with no charge.
Some of the staff was a bit unprofessional and generaly organisation is lacking. Twenty one has a beautiful garden restaurant, which the waiters did not set up for breakfast which is a shame. The platters at breakfast were not replenshed and it seems like the kitchen was missing key supplies

I was shocked to experience such dreadful linen and uncomfortable pillows-defintely not what i expected. The breakfast was an absolute travesty, limited options and a rude waiter. As a guest who deserves special treatment, i should've received an upgrade to make up for the noise and chaos here! Could'nt even imagine giving a good review!

The friendly desk and restaurant staff; the funky room; the closeness to city transportation. We have already suggested that our family in Kifisia, Athens recommend this hotel to other family members who travel there.
The loud music at night; the inability nto open the window at night because of the loud music; our difficulty in first finding the hotel. We didn't get the superior double room with a balcony that we had booked but when they showed us the room and offered to move us, we opted to stay where we were. The difference was minimal; higher ceilings and a balcony we couldn't use anyway.

Lovely views, loved excellent and absolutely perfect setting.
Had pleasant 1 night here. Compact and new-fashioned room with free Wi-Fi was all we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Location: the hotel was near to downtown, the green and leafy suburb and Kifissia, one of the most affluent northern suburbs of Athens.

This hotel is at an excellent location and offers some luxury to the client. There is easy access to the restaurants at Kefalari and the shopping centre at Kifissia. The taxi ride from the airport took only 35 minutes which is very good. I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past and the rooms are always clean and well maintained and the staff are helpful and friendly.
Even though I am a regular customer, every time I have to complete a form with my details. The breakfast selection could be better. The restaurant,if you can get a table, is overpriced.
